WS4W Club Calendar
Registration is open for Mile High Jeep Club’s “All-4-fun”. The event will be in Buena Vista. If you don’t want to join them, let Lester and Ruth know and can plan 2-3 days in that area for our club.
July 24-25th-Montezuma/Argentine Pass-Keith M. and Lori will camp out on the 23rd
June 24th-Meet at the junction of Montezuma Rd and St. John Rd in Montezum at 9:00 am. Will go over Webster Pass northwest to southeast, then over Red Cone and back down Webster’s northeast side into the basin. From there, up Radical Hill and then down St. John into Montezuma. J\
June 25th-Meet where 352 Rd turns off of the Guanella Pass road above Georgetown at 9:00 am.
Drive up 352 Rd to te old town site of Waldorf, then up Argentine Pass. Return to Waldorf town site, then up to visit the Santiago Mill and Mine site, then on to the top of McClellan Mountain.
If you don’t want to camp, there are plenty of hotels in Dillon/Silverthorne area. Those with campers there are campgrounds around Dillon Reservoir.
Rock hound run. We will either do the Sound Democrat area or Ross Basin. Details when we get closer and know what snowpack looks like.
Leave City Market South 5:00 am. 15 vehicle limit. Trail is rated a 7. Full tank of gas, water and snacks. There are only 15 spots available. Only WS4W members are allowed to attend unless invited by special request. Please contact Rick A. at 303-641-7350 to reserve your spot by July 3rd. Only members that have confirmed with Rick they are going will be allowed to be in the run.

Craig Ross, owner of Rock worx will be providing off camber, gearing four-wheel drive at the WS4W Shavano Valley training grounds at the Rimrock trailhead on highway 90.
Jess Deegan (& Gigi) are leading a run August 19-22(23), 2024 on the Rubicon, for members of the Bakersfield Trailblazers and Western Slope Four Wheelers (open to non-club members on recommendation). Current plans are to enter from the East heading West, camping each night, with driving time each day of about 5 hours. You should expect some type of damage to your vehicle, though many obstacles do have bypasses (not all). Plan accordingly! Limit of SEVEN vehicles, though if the demand warrants the number may increase to 10. Currently there are four vehicles who have committed.
