5pm people gather in Hartwell Park/caroling with Church of the San Juans Choir
5pm parade line up starts in parking areas adjacent to Hartwell Park & along Railroad St.
5.15pm Tree Lighting
5.30-6pm Parade
6-7pm Pictures with Santa in Gazebo (Hartwell Part)
6pm Railroad Museum open and Holiday Train rides (weather permitting)
6pm Ranch Museum open
6-9pm Noel Night mingling in downtown Ridgway with many local businesses, galleries and restaurants participating.
